I like this diagram from when we initialy thought through the Aspenify knowledge management platform.
It demonstrates the number of ‘packages’ that you can get sucked into having to buy, when you could be just buying the one simple easy to use product.
The use case I find most interesting is the bit when we get to deploying what we call the navigator.
It takes hours out of the setting up of something like Microsoft Projects, and the app we have means tracking and monotoring the progress of time utilised and progress are simple.
