10 competencies all change agents need.
The graphic below caught my eye on Twitter. It captures the features that you need to lead through change, to collaborate across boundaries, to attempt to change attitudes and behaviours in an organisation or a community.
It is rare that an individual demonstrates all of these competencies.
But when you find that person or develop these capabilities you can move montains.
As you read through the list you may think that one stands out as more important than another.
Truth is you need the full range and the great change agent is the one that knows when to bring which skill to the fore.
In my view its resilience that is the hard one. You have to believe in your vision and be willing to perservere as you cross the chasm from an idea, or a thought to a viable entity.
