Stuart is an experienced management consultant, qualified in Agile Programme Management, with two strings to my bow:

He can operate in the elite sports sector, maximising individual performance and/or business delivery by assessing needs with an objective lens, and he can operate in multi-layered organisations within the health sector, leading end-to-end delivery of £multi-million transformation programmes.

Throughout his career, he has worked closely with a wide variety of stakeholders, evaluating requirements and building exceptional relationships to achieve outstanding results.

A notable success of his has been to create cr8 Consultancy to offer management consultancy services to businesses and organisations.

He is able to engage with organisations and their employees at all levels using a ‘hands on’ approach to identify areas for improvement and to deliver effective solutions in the professional sports and healthcare sectors.

Key client engagements have included Norwich City Football Club, Shot 5 Indoor Football Centre, NHS Trafford CCG, Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin STP and NHS Eastern Cheshire CCG.

He is very much a ‘people person’ with strong interpersonal and negotiating skills, enabling him to develop and nurture strong relationships, whether in the professional sports sector or within healthcare.

He prides myself on actively listening to people, understanding the needs of individuals and organisations and combining a motivational leadership style with transparent people management to effect long-lasting, positive change.

He is particularly adept at seeing the bigger picture, quickly understanding the specific requirements of an organisation. He has many years’ experience in reviewing and analysing organisational performance resulting in the creation and delivery of bespoke strategic and operational plans.

He has secured £multi-million for investments and identified and implemented cost efficiencies, saving £millions.
