Sarah is an award winning business and executive coach with a passion for delivering substantial sales, profit and performance improvements in her clients.

In 2014 Sarah decided to put her money where her mouth was and joined IN Accountancy as MD to test whether her strategies and approached really worked.

Since then, Stockport based IN Accountancy has gone from strength to strength, winning the Stockport Business Awards Most Promising Young Business in 2015, and the Talk of Manchester Best Boutique Accountancy Firm in 2018, having been shortlisted also the previous year.

In 2019 Sarah is a finalist in the Financial Services Category in the Enterprise Vision Awards (EVAs) for Women in Business.

Engaging, energetic and enthusiastic, Sarah’s experience extends across the SME and corporate sphere in retail, brand, service and manufacturing industries and includes responsibility for strategic planning, business development, marketing, sales (B2B & B2C), exporting, business restructuring, P&L, change/risk management allied to a good in depth operational business knowledge.

Before IN Accountancy and Business Coaching, Sarah had a very successful career with the Global Sportswear giant adidas. She left adidas in 2007 to join the Actioncoach business coaching franchise, where she quickly became one of the UK’s most successful coaches, winning a number of awards including European Sales coach, Global & European Marketing coach, most Awarded Client, and best client results.

She left Actioncoach at the end of 2010 to concentrate on working strategically with a small number of high growth, fast moving clients.

Sarah is an accredited NLP and ECR (Emotional Intelligence) practitioner and her specialties include business strategy, marketing, business development, executive coaching, board facilitation, public speaking, leadership development, sales training, project management and consulting
