The one thing that links all Lynn’s roles over the span of her career, so far, is working with and supporting people.

Lynn has spent many years working in health related clinical, teaching and senior managerial roles both in the UK and Middle East. Transformational change and facilitating people to shape and share their ideas, to make change happen, is the thread that links all her roles. For Lynn working with people and supporting them to convert their ideas into reality is the way in which things get done.

Fast forward to today and Lynn is now a director at Give2Gain and support socially minded business owners, and their staff, to tell their social value story and measure their social impact.
