Hannah Smee

She supports mental health service users to gain paid employment in their desired area. Supporting service users once they are in work and assisting them to negotiate through any difficulties. Often she liaises with employers so that they recruit the best people for their vacancies.
Hannah has also worked with service users who have drug and alcohol problems, carrying out Recovery Star Assessments with service users in order to gain an understanding of which areas in their life they feel are relevant in their recovery.
