Experienced leader in HR (international), specialising in the management of Talent, Performance and Change; following a career in engineering. An unusual mix of IQ (doctoral level) and EQ (certified coach, facilitator, NLP practitioner), I love leading high performance teams or providing strategic advice based on analysis and 20 years’ working experience in retail, the public and private sectors, and engineering.

Emma returned two years ago from the Middle East and has enjoyed projects in retail, education and the public sector. She founded great cause communications with her best friend from sixth form.
