Donna can help bring to life your aspirations and drive valuable and sustainable change for you and your organisation. She will listen, motivate, encourage and constructively challenge.
Donna works with CEOs, aspiring leaders and Boards, taking the time to really understand you and your concerns so that we can develop an effective way forward.
Her services are based on a wide range of experience in the professional, commercial and voluntary sectors. She has been CEO of a charity which she established and developed and is currently Vice-Chair of an award-winning local charity. Three years ago, Donna set up and developed a regular, confidential structured forum for CEOs of charities in Cheshire.
Successful leaders understand the advantage of having a well-matched experienced mentor. Donna will work with you to clarify your aspirations, explore your challenges and opportunities, and consider solutions. Your one-to-one sessions are usually once or twice per month, depending on your needs. You format a clear objective for each session and following the meeting Donna will offer comprehensive feedback.

Donna can help you review and/or develop your Vision, Purpose and Values. Encouraging you to effectively involve a range of stakeholders so that everybody contributes and understands your future and their part in it. This is often done as a Development Day or over a period. Everything you do as an organisation should begin and end with your Vision, Purpose and Values.

Review why you do what you do (your purpose), how you do it, what you do, and how you measure success. She aims to agree clear, purpose-led strategic priorities which everybody can understand and help embed them into the very fabric your organisation.
